Want to heed your expertise about securing/limiting the number of uploads on the course files for either SCORM or TINCAN APIs.
Is there a possible way that we can limit a published module's uploadability from ever being uploaded to an another LMS?
Say for example I handed out Person A the published course (zip file) for testing and consuming and I don't want him/her from every redistributing the course to other people.

How do we limit by date?
Behavior - Module refuses to preview when it has exceeded a certain date.
How do we limit by upload counter (if possible)?
Behavior - Module refuses to review upon reaching a specified limit number.
How do we limit by domain access?
Behavior - Module refuses to preview when access on a different domain.
