Storyline Error

I work for a higher education institution and have been building this course on Blackboard. I usually publish the storyline file and save as zip file. Then I would upload the zip file to the Blackboard content collection. I have been uploading storyline content like this for years.

However, I received this error message today. "Due to the above errors, the following file uploads failed. story_content,mobile,slides,slides"

I tried almost everything. I restarted the computer, cleared the history of the browser, reinstalled storyline two. Nothing seems to fix the problem.  Has anyone experienced this before? Please help
