I have a number of courses and quizzes built in Storyline with required scores of 80% to pass. I have one course which it works, but trying to set up another and for some reason is not telling Moodle the score to generate the certificate.
I have checked all settings and they are set up the same. Also when going back into the SCORM package is not recognising when I last left of, when asks if I want to continue goes back to the start.
This is probably all the things you have already checked, but I would try trouble shooting by:
1. upload one of the courses to the ScormCloud (free) and see if Tracking and Reporting is working there. If it's working in the ScormCloud the issue should be with the settings in your course shell in your LMS. If the reporting doesn't work in the ScormCloud the settings issue is most liikely with your articulate player and publishing settings.
Attached is a document I prepared for other staff in my organisation having to publish courses, just as a remember of player and publisher settings to check for each course. Might help with something you have overlooked.
Looks like Christine is providing you with some fantastic information here. If you are able to replicate the issue in SCORM Cloud, we would be happy to take a look at your .story file as well if needed.
I am having problems now, where if I pass the first time it is okay but if I fail then return and pass it is not passing on the module has now been passed to access the certificate. I will have a look in Storm Cloud and see how it goes. I never had these issues until I updated Moodle.
Okay so it seems to be working in Scorm Cloud and scoring is okay. So if I fail the module in Moodle then go back and Pass why is this not picking up the passed score.
If you are unable to replicate in SCORM Cloud Lauren, you may need to look to your LMS for further assistance. Not saying members of the community here, like Christine, won't pop in to assist you though :)

Hi Lauren,
in moodle in the set up of the course shell, have you got it set for infinite attempts, and show highest grade.
that would be my first troubleshoot idea.
cheers Christine

I have it set to unlimited attempts and highest attempt.
Sorry Leslie, when you say I should look to my LMS for assistance, would this be the people that looking after the hosting of the Moodle?
That would be a great start Lauren. If you are the administrator, you could reach out to Moodle directly as well.
