I'm unable to open that file, likely due to the special characters and symbols in the file name causing issues with the file itself - but I did want to point out the information that Storyline sends to your LMS is documented here. You may also want to review this article on troubleshooting common LMS issues, and reach out to your Moodle team to see if there is a particular way you need to publish the course and a way to pull reports on student activity to be able to see all the question and answer details. You may also want to test your course at SCORM Cloud, which is an industry standard for testing SCORM content, to get a base line of how the content should behave and what information is available.

I've had a look at the excel file. Questions 6-19 appear to report back to the LMS mostly fine. Only Q's 1-5 report as undefined.
Is it possible that the answers to the first 5 questions are all in Hebrew? Am I correct assuming that these questions are all multiple choice?
I am seeing a lot of underscores in answers 6-19 and no Hebrew characters at all in the answers given. I could be wrong, but there may be an "error pattern" there to investigate further.
