We developed a course with Storyline and published it in our Moodle LMS. The course includes 6 lessons plus a final test (14 questions, passing score 75%) that allows learners to get a final certification through a digital badge which is sent by Moodle to learners' e-mail. What happens is that, in some cases, Moodle sends the badge to learners before they complete the test, i.e. before they arrive at the Results slide.
