I just tested with both a new slide and duplicating the slide. The Enter From feature is greyed out on the duplicated slide but is accessible on the new slide.

It looks like your email signature came through when you replied via email. You can remove that if needed by clicking ‘Edit’ beneath your response. Here’s a quick Peek video if you need help.

You mention that you are only seeing this on some slides.
I've seen reports in the past of a similar issue when the slide was duplicated.
Are you able to fully edit the original slide, but the Enter From is unavailable/grayed out on the duplicated slides?
If that's not what you are seeing, are you able to replicate the issue you're seeing and share the steps with me?
