I want to create a ruler that can be dragged over shapes such as triangle, to measure the lengths. The ruler needs to be drag-able as well as rotatable. Once the user has determined a length he can click on the correct answer.
One possible option may be to create a drag object (ruler) with a bunch of states that represent the ruler's rotation. Once dropped on a target you could then use something like +/- buttons to rotate (change states) of the ruler.
