I have used Animaker to create animated videos, export them as MP4 files and insert them into Articulate 360. When I have finished working on the file I publish it as HTML only. The inserted videos run fine on a MacBook and in Windows but not on an iPad. The MP4 files themselves run on the iPad so it looks like they files are getting converted to Flash even though they are being published as HTML only. Can someone please advise me how to overcome this?
If you're publishing for HTML5 only there shouldn't be any Flash files in your output. What leads you to think they are showing as Flash files on your iPad? If you could share one of those MP4s here I"m happy to test it out.
