I am at a loss. I have read quite a few posts about how to address the following issue, but to no avail. When I preview my work, everything works perfectly. However, when I publish it my videos disappear and there is no sound. I followed the instructions provided in the tutorials and as noted above have reviewed numerous posts in attempts to remedy the issue. I am new to articulate-storyline. Any help is appreciated! Kindly advise if additional information is needed.
I intend to reach out to our contracted LMS tomorrow, but for today I was trying to proceed using Dropbox. My work is quite basic as this is my first attempt at anything like this. It is likely a simple oversight on my behalf. I truly appreciate your assistance!
They are working fine that I can see - I uploaded your published folder to my website so you can see...here is a link - I'll leave it available to you for a couple of days before deleting it.

I'm not sure what I was doing wrong - maybe it is just how I am trying to access it after publishing. Thank you for the alternative recommendations; I intend to explore them now! No worries P C - it takes a while when you first start to get used to how everything works - I think with Dropbox you can use the PUBLIC folder but only if you have a paid subscription...feel free to post if you have any other questions.

are you uploading your published files to a webserver or LMS? have you tried different browsers?
Happy to try and help if you want to upload your story file here - just use the grey Add Attachment button at the bottom of the post.
