Hi all! Looking for some help please, I have just built my 1st storyline module in Storyline 2. In the module I have several sections each with there own quiz and results slide. I then have a over all results slide to gather all these scores to give a over all score. I have set the pass score to 80% and with in the module it all works great. The issue is completing in my LMS (CSoD), it is sending the score fine to the LMS but not completing. I have replicated the issue in Scorm Cloud to. Any ideas people?
What did you set as the passing/completion settings here? Also are you choosing to track by that final results slide or did you set it to a certain number of slides viewed? You can see the settings for LMS publishing all detailed in this article.
If you're still having issues with the completion, we'd want to take a look at your .story file and see if there are any other settings or something we can spot that is causing this hiccup for you. You’ll want to upload the .story file here (which is the file prior to publishing) using the “ADD ATTACHMENT” button at the bottom of the forums reply window. Hi Ashley, I've put a case in 01033702. In answer to your questions I set to track via the final results slide. The settings are score 80% to pass and complete. On the LMS reporting I picked Passed / Incomplete.

Thanks Ashley, fingers crossed its something easy to fix.
They came back and asked me to change the reporting to Passed / Failed. Still hasn't completed. Is puzzling what this could be!
