Reporting Issue - Multiple Quizzes with one results slide

Hello All,

I have put out an eLearning course that contains two separate quizzes, each with its own results slide.

Successful course completion is dependent upon achieving a certain combined score across both quizzes. A third results slide is used to add the scores from each quiz, and the total score on this slide is what is reported to the LMS regarding course completion.

The issue I am having is that some participants are completing the first quiz, closing the course, and then returning to complete the remainder of the course (including the second quiz) at a later time. When they leave the course after completing the first quiz, they are being marked as unsuccessful, as it is not possible to achieve the required score based on completing the first quiz alone.

I was wondering if anyone has ever experienced a similar issue and found a resolution.

Hi, Mark -- Thanks so much for reaching out with your question, and while I cannot speak to having experienced the scenario you have described, I did want to pass along this information on some (unsupported) options to potentially Track Multiple SCOs in the Same Course. Hopefully, that may help or others will have some additional ideas and information they can share. :)
