When I preview a scene, the second slide plays 2 audio tracks at the same time. There is only one audio track on the slide.
When I preview the problem slide by itself, only the audio track that is supposed to be there plays.
I have opened the wave file for editing and when I play it I only hear the one track. This is all very obvious partially because the 2 tracks are in two different languages, English and Dutch. Weird because this lesson should only have Dutch audio tracks.
I would really appreciate knowing if anyone else has seen this and fixed it.
Yes. I've seen this behavior and many of my end users have experienced it as well. It does not seem to be consistent, as sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn't.

I tested it and don't hear a second audio track.
I did notice that you have a trigger on the master slide to submit interaction. I'd delete it just so it doesn't cause issues later on in the course.

Thanks Tom. I think we have it narrowed down to just my computer. Would you recommend a uninstall/reinstall?
I guess it depends on what's causing it. If it's just some temp data somewhere like in a cache I'd just clean temp files, browser cache, etc.

Hello. I've been experiencing the same.
We have several Articulate modules playing multiple audio when there is only one track. We've tested the following:
- uploaded in SCORM cloud and testing works fine
-checked in local server, works fine.
- checked in local pc, works fine
-uploaded in server online, works fine
-uploaded in 2 LMS, does not work fine. Please see video.

I see that you mention it's working as expected in SCORM Cloud. I'm curious what LMS you are using and if you've reached out to them as well?
