I just installed storyline and am beginning the learning process. I have my desk computer as well as a laptop. Can I install the program on both computers using the same license or do I need a separate license for each? They will both be used by me.
Question, I have Storyline 2 and Studio on my Desktop and Laptop. On the laptop the OS has been wiped and reinstalled. How do i remove or deactivate the "old" registration so that Storyline 2 etc. can be reinstalled?
If you're unable to deactivate it, you'll want to connect with our team here so that they can assist you with checking into how many other activations you have left and any increase that need to be made.

Storyline can be installed on two computers for one individual. If you're seeing an error message about exceeding activations or any issues with the serial number being wrong, it's best to handle those in a Support case so you can reach out to our team here!

You can install Storyline on two computers for your use, using one license. You'll find this documented in the license agreement here.

Not able to install SL2 in both Laptop and desktop..
Currently it's installed on a laptop,am trying install the same in a desktop..

are you installing by rightclicking the .exe file and 'Run as administrator' as per the install instructions?
