Multiple quastion in same slide.

There are three question on a same slide, all of them are multiple choice. I want the submit button to be disabled until all the question are answered.
So here is the code for it:

The 2nd screenshot shows a trigger to set Variable3 to True when any of Radiobtn 1 or 2 are Normal. Should this be: when any of Radiobtn 1 or 2 are Selected?
The 3rd screenshot shows a trigger to set Variable3 to True when Radiobtn 3,4, 5 or 2 are Selected. Should this be: Variable4 to True when Radiobtn 3,4, 5....?
