Hi Amir

You can not have multiple fill-in-blanks on the same slide (or other quizzes).

You can build your own quiz with triggers and more. You can get some ideas here:

If it's important to use Storylines built-in quizzes, you can cheat a little...

The idea is:

  1. Insert a multiple choice (MC) slide and a result slide
  2. Set the MC up with 4 choices; 0, 1, 2, 3 - the number of correct text fields
  3. Choose score by Choice and give each choice a score that match the correct no. of text fields (0,1,2,3)
  4. Minimize the quiz and position it in one of the corners, at the end we will hide it.
  5. Add 3 text entry fields on your slide.
  6. Add variables with the correct entries for the 3 fields (click on the X on the Trigger panel)
  7. Add a variable "totalscore"
  8. Add a button, so the user can submit and checkthe entries
  9. Add triggers to the button. It will: Update the totalscore, set the MC and submit it and more...

I have attached an example

hi again Amir

I have attached a version with review possibilities

Solution:

  1. In the "Edit Multiple Choice" add some text in the POST-QUIZ REVIEW feedback
  2. Save and Close
  3. Select the "Review" layer.
  4. Delete the text box
  5. Insert a shape - eg. "correct" shape
  6. Select the shape and click on the States tab
  7. Edit states
  8. Add a new state - call it wrong and add a cross shape, remove the correct shape
  9. Click on Done Editing States
  10. Add a trigger that change the state of the Checkmark to wrong if the input is wrong (when the timeline starts)
  11. Dublicate the checkmark object 2 times and correct the triggers
