So my gifs, or pngs or any custom buttons that I have, keep flickering when the states change. While previewing within storyline it is less but when previewing on chrome it's quite noticeable. And, it's even worse when I upload it on Scorm Cloud. PLEASE HELP ME.

Hello - I have just started to have this issue as well - I have republished 4 massive courses from a few years ago that worked fine then but have started flickering with the most recent republish... Unfortunately I cannot share the files with you but please add my experience to the list of people it impacts.

Im having the same issue with thoses flashes during the state changement. So i've tried it with illustrated characters from the 360 storyline bank as you did, and it does work. But the problem persists with characters whose images have been imported into the software. You're welcome to try it out.
