on 2nd June I installed Storyline 2 on my computer. When I wanted to save my project file, I got an error message: The project file could not be saved. Method not found: 'Articulate.Document.IpackageProperties Articulate.Document.XPackage.get_PackageProperties0'
I checked the Q&As how to solve it (delete your temporary files), but I am still not able to save my project file. Are there any other solutions?
I'm sorry to hear about your project file. Did you confirm to be working locally as detailed here? Is it just this one file that won't save, or any files - even just a one slide file with an inserted shape to test it out? If the latter, I'd look at repairing Storyline and ensure it's installed locally.
