There are a couple of solutions that may help resolve the issue you are experiencing here:
Importing the course into a new Storyline file may clear that message allowing you to save the course.
Another possibility is to use the File > Save As option and rename the file.

Hello - I am getting both of these same errors now. Cannot access a disposed container and ParentContainerClosed. I tried File - save as - same error. Are the slides being saved with the old name automatically? So far it has published with all corrections into Review 360.
