I've made quite a large project for my company and selected "Prompt to Resume" from the player. I've tried publishing it with SCORM 1.2 and Tin Can API but neither works. Please note that I'm not very savvy with computer programing but are there suggestions? This is a Storyline 3 project.

Have you already completed the course? A completed course will normally open in review mode which disables resume.

No worries. There are a few things to look at are you accessing via a student account? The admin account in some LMSs do not resume.
Also if you have already completed the course on the LMS it will not resume, do you have anyone else who can view it on their account?
