I have been trying to progress through my SL module but this slide appears grey. I have removed and rebuilt the slide (twice) with still no difference. None of the text, buttons or images appear. It appears grey and I cannot progress using the next / previous buttons.
I've searched previous issues but have not found a solution.
Thanks for sharing the file. I saw the same thing in your file previewing slide 1.2 on it's own and when I imported into a new file.
It appears that it may be the "Appointment" layer that is corrupt - as removing that allowed the slide to play normally. I'd look at recreating just that layer, and following the guidelines here to prevent corruption. You could also look at removing things one at a time on that layer to see what specifically is causing it.
Thanks for your help. There was an issue with the layer and I have since removed the layer and rebuilt it. I appreciate your help - this is now resolved! :)

Hey David!
That definitely sounds odd. Can you share your .story file here so I can take a look at what's happening?
You can add it right to a comment as an attachment here in the thread, and let me know which slide is causing trouble. Really appreciate it!
Hi Ali,
The issue is with Slide 1.2.
When I am in Slide 1.1 and launch slide 1.2 using 'System Factors' the screen goes grey and has no functionality.
Your help is appreciated.

Awesome David - thanks for the update and I'm happy to hear you're working normally again. 😀
I often use Ashley's suggestion of removing things one at a time to identify the problem. It works well.
