There is a issue right now where if the question bank is the last element in your scene, the trigger is generally set to "jump to next slide" and therefore has no where to go and won't jump to the next scene. What you could do is add an additional blank slide at the end of the scene with the question bank (not in the bank itself) and set that slide to jump to the start of your next scene when the slides' timeline starts so that the user won't really see the blank slide.
