Hi all, Each time I try to zip a course in 360, my system freezes. I don't receive a specific error, only that "Articulate 360 has encountered an error and may close"

It sounds like the publishing is completing, correct? Is there a .zip file in the location where you saved the file or is that process not completing?
With your permission, I'd like to take a look at your project file to investigate what's happening. You can share it publicly here, or send it to me privately by uploading it here. I'll delete it when I'm done troubleshooting.
