I am currently experiencing a strange blue circle in the player of my course and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. I've tried removing all items from the player, resetting the player and even copying/pasting the slide contents to a new file. Nothing seems to get rid of it. It doesn't show in the player preview view nor when I preview just one slide. It shows when previewing the full project as well as when published. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

that looks like the 'timer' icon - do you have the option selected from 'first slide' instead of from first quiz slide?
