Nasty slide numbering issue

Let's say quiz questions are "excluded" from slide numbering.

If those questions are imported to a question bank, the exclusion attribute goes with them.  There's no way to remove it while in the bank.

This will make enabling the slide number on those questions impossible... and it will corrupt the total slide count.
