Navigate back and forth in a quiz
Mar 19, 2015
Hi,
I got an eLearning that ends with a quiz. For each question you must click a Submit button to proceed to next question. My prev and next buttons (own graphics) are disabled not to be able to go forward or backward in the quiz.
If I would like to change so that you can move forward and backward through the questions, let's say you are unsure about any question, what do I do? I do not want to have already filled in answers to disappear if one chooses to go back among the questions.
Thanks!

Hello Ulrika,
You can enable the prev and next buttons on the slides, which would allow them to go back to questions and change the answers, as long as the submit button was not hit, and the slide is not set to resume to initial state.
You may also want to look into this option here.
Ok Emily, thanks!
Glad to help Ulrika.
Hello -- this is exactly what I want to do (add back/forward buttons to quiz questions) but how do I enable them?
Thanks!
Hi Nicole!
I'd recommend using triggers to determine when the previous and next buttons are active. Feel free to attach a sample file so we can see what you've created so far!
