two different clients have reported us the same event in storyline 1.2, on two different e-learnings.
very rarely, the navigation buttons disappears! leaving the e-learning and getting back to it, and the nev buttons are there again. it only happened to them once or twice, when dozens of users completed the e-learning without any problem. this issue repeated in different pages.
do you have any idea why is it?
I thought about e-learning stayed untouched for hours, or maybe browser issue, or compatibility mode- but couldn't confirm it.
How are you publishing your project? Are you publishing for HTML5, Flash, the Articulate Mobile Player, etc.?
Is it the "Next" and "Previous" buttons that are disappearing? If this has only happened for a couple of users and doesn't happen very often, it may be browser or user-specific.
They may want to try clearing their browser cache, or viewing the course with a different web browser if they run into the issue again.
both projects been published as flesh. from screen-print they sent me, it seems all nevigation bar is missing- not only next and previous, but also progress signs, like "page 15/30".
when same user closed the e-learning and immideatly opened again, it all looked well again.
is it possiable that a browser bug of any kind will affect parts of story-line e-learning?
It's possible that there's an issue with their web browser, installation of Flash.. and it could be many other things. It really depends on the system and how they have it set up.
Did clearing their cache or using a different we browser result in better performance of the course?
