Random Resume issue in Brainshark LMS

Dear E-learning Heroes,
My team just switched to Storyline 360, so we are uploading our first projects on our LMS. Our LMS is Brainshark, this is also our new platform.
Our modules are playing correctly unless regarding the "resume" function. This is working randomly (navigation history can be saved or not).
we have given the prompt to resume option.
We have tested different SCORM files format in Storyline 360: SCORM 2004 2nd Edition, SCORM 2004 4rth Edition, and also SCORM 1.2
We have noticed a random resume issue. navigation history is saved, Navigation history is not saved. What can happen also: navigation history is saved, but it will be lost when you reopen it later.
We do not understand why the issue is happening randomly.
Do you have any recommendations?

Hi Sonia,
That really sounds frustrating and what I think the best thing to do now is to know really where the fault is coming from.
I strongly suggest you do the steps outlined in this link so we can get a better hand on what to do next.
