I am creating an online course for which the primary audience target is adults in Ghana. I would like to use narrated presentations in Storyline, but am concerned about whether the typical internet service there would adequately support the use of Storyline that has audio files on most slides. What is the minimum download speed required to view a narrated presentation in Storyline without experiencing frequent stops to allow for downloading?
The minimum required download speed very much depends on you content, e.g. use of video/audio. There is no ONE answer. You have some control over the size of your published content by adjusting the quality settings as described here under Step 4: https://community.articulate.com/series/4/articles/publishing-a-course-for-web
In addition to what Michael shared, I also wanted to add in the system requirements for viewing content. You will need to make sure they have a compatible browser for viewing.

Hello Kristin,
In addition to what Michael shared, I also wanted to add in the system requirements for viewing content. You will need to make sure they have a compatible browser for viewing.
