I did a project in SL2 that has a test out option at the beginning. If the user passes, they got to acknowledgement screens and the exit the course. The course is not marking in the LMS as completed (they skip the course slides). Any ideas? We are having LMS issues so I am not sure if it is that or something I need to do in the course.

I'd suggest you try your course in SCORM Cloud to help identify if the problem rests with your LMS, or course

What are you using as your tracking/completion method?
For example, if you're reporting based on X number of slides viewed the user would need to have visited all those slides.
