Need help - Pulling my hair out!
Jul 12, 2016
I was wanting to see if something was possible. In a course I am developing I have a list of questions (around 15) the learner has to rate on a 1 to 5 scale which is most like them. After they have answered all the questions, I was wanting to group all the 5's together and 4's together etc. for the results so they the learner can easily distill the information. Is this possible? I am pulling my hair our trying to figure it out.
Thanks for reading.

If you could attach what you have so far, someone could probably give you a boost.
Hi Steve!
Walt is correct. Lots of talented folks in the community that would probably be able to help you on your way.
I know a community member did something similar with a survey before, which you can find here. Perhaps it could assist you.
Using states, you could set up a chart that visually does something similar to what you are looking for. Each rectangle would have a default white center. On timeline start each box would need a trigger to check to see if the box would turn green. So the first box would turn green (by changing its state if question 1 was equal to 1, the second box would turn green if question 1 was equal to 2 and so on down the line. In the attached example, the 5th box is green. If you are not familiar with variables, you will need to set up a variable on the question 1 slide that changes so it matches the selection of the user. This solution has a bunch of busy work but it may be a solution worth pursuing.
Thanks for the direction everyone. I will try these suggestions and I think they might get me close enough to figure it out and if not I will take Walts advise and post an attachment!
