In quizzing slides, I would like for the user to be able to see the correct choice in the event that they select the wrong answer. Is there a way to either highlight the correct answer, or have it listed in the feedback window?

There are a few different ways to share the correct answer back with the user - one way would be to edit the Correct/Incorrect layers for each of the quiz slides, so that you could provide the user the correct answer when they see the "Incorrect" message. If you'd like a bit more feedback on the slide itself (say a checkmark next to the correct answer) this thread has a good explanation of how to set it up with custom states.
Additionally, if you wanted to do it as a part of the review of a quiz, this tutorial will walk you through how to set that up.
