I am trying to design folder tabs for the right side in Storyline where they reveal the title when hover. I tried to change states but the new state just presented over the old one so the text overlapped. Also, the text jumped to the side and looked distorted when I enlarged the tab. Can I use shapes to design the tabs or do I have to import ready made tabs?

Although your tabs are on the right, and these are on the top, I thought this tutorial by David Anderson might get you started
