Hi Guru's and wobe Guru's
In the past I have created number of slides for teaching words to children (French to English). Each time arrow is pressed user gets show next slide and so on. When previous arrow pressed, user is brought back to start. First slide there is no arrow for previous and last slide there is no forward arrow shown. I want to use layers this time to save time and effort but, I am not sure how to achieve the same result as lots of slides. Also, I want to show user how many words they have completed (see attached screen print). Any inspiration/help would be welcomed (not best job to do on Saturday night!). Example on Screenr for three layers from somebody would make my day!
Thanks
Jilo

Jilo, see attached file that is set up to navigate between five layers on one slide. I hope that you can extend the logic from there.
Hi Michael
Thank you for such a prompt response!
I will download and test immediately.
Thanks

The counter is excellent.
Sorry, to be a pain. I am still learning variable. I think that I have managed to hide the button when I get to count of 5 but, how do I hide the button 1 when at layer 1 = variable = 1?
Hope you can help?
Jilo
Jilo, I just added two triggers; one for layer 1 that hides the button and one for layer 2 that shows (change state to Normal) the button. See attached a revised version.
Wow!
Its amazing how simple the task can get using variables; as long as you know how to use them!
Once again, mega thanks, you have made my day!
Have a nice weekend
Best Jilo
PS you have my vote for a Hero Status.
Jilo, Glad I could help! You are right, once you get used to variables and when/where to use them, you can do amazing things.
Cheers, Michael
