Hello! I inserted a text entry box, where the learner can enter custom text.
My text box is very small, so I need a line break if he inserts text that is longer than my text box width. But the text the learner can insert has no line break if it reaches the borders of my text box, but flows over it, so you don't see the whole text! In the attachement you can see it. I typed "Hello this is a test this overflows the text box" but only the first part shows.
I already tried ot change it via the text formatting tool, but it doesn't work.
Text entry boxes by default do not automatically resize to include line breaks, but you are welcome to share your thoughts to our product team by opening a feature request here. I'll leave your inquiry to the capable hands of our community. Some of them may have a solution for you that can dynamically increase the size of the text entry box, which might possibly include some Javascript coding.
