If you're seeing that error message that you've exceeded your activation limit, as Pierre mentioned you'll want to reach out to our team here for assistance and they'll provide an additional activation after checking your account. There isn't a way for us to remotely deactivate a serial number from a computer though.

Yes, you can use your licence on your other machine!
Better ask for remote deactivation of the dead machine as well :
