New computer how do I redownload the new version of Storyline?

Greetings,

My old computer died and I'm trying to load software onto a new Dell.
Where do I go to get the Stoyrline Download (new version) and then how
do I get the People add-in that I had purchased before. The old machine

died and I can't get back to the things I had downloaded on it.

Hi Ted!

Sorry to hear about the trouble you had with the old machine.

You can download Storyline here. And here's how to activate Storyline.

For the character pack, whether you redeemed the character bundle/pack or purchased it, you should have received an email with download instructions and a serial number to activate. You can use the same instructions and serial to install and activate your characters again.

Thanks so much.
The service and "hand" holding you guys do is incredible.
It has really helped me with the program and really sold
me that this is the product for my course development.

Thanks for helping me through this computer crash thing
it was tough but hopefully I didn't loose too much stuff.

Hi Christine, I also have a new computer and my past emails may have disappeared into the ether... I have my Character Pack serial number but not the link... is that something with which you can help me?
