New LMS for our Company

This is not a problem or question with Articulate per se, but. We are in the process of trying to find a new LMS for our company. We have some specific needs that are not being addressed with our current LMS.
These are some items that are a must for us.
We need it to be compatible with Storyline.....
We need it to not delete completion data if we have to pull the course down and make changes.
We need it to be user friendly.
We need it to be able to let us run reports without having to have a computer programing Doctorate Degree.
We need it to be able to add sessions to a current course without affecting the historical data from the prior sessions.
Customer support that can actually solve problems instead of blaming everything on the 64kb suspend data limit imposed by Google.
Can anyone please advise what are some of the better LMS services for a company that has about 1000 permanent users and up to 250 temporary outside users.
A huge thank you in advance of any help anyone may be able to give.
