New machine initializing it rejected it

Greetings,
I've had Storyline on my home machine and a laptop. The desktop
home machine crashed and I just purchased a new Dell. I was loading
Storyline last night and punched in the Serial number but it identified the
new machine uniquely and then wouldn't let me initialize it. I sent off
what they requested but still haven't gotten an initialization thing going.
Just curious what I should do when I go home tonight to finish initializing
Storyline on the new machine?

Hey Ted,
If you weren't able to formally deactivate Storyline on the old machine, you'll need to contact support so they can release your serial number. They'll be happy to help with that.
