Preview and Publish Hang (using latest upgrade)

Hi Brent, 

We'd have to see the file to know for sure, but I'd recommend starting with the following troubleshooting steps:

• Ensuring you're working on your local drive (your C: drive).Working on a network drive or a USB drive can cause erratic behavior, includingfile corruption, loss of audio, and other unexpected behavior. 
• You should also make sure the directory pathto your project files and your published output is less than 260 characters(for example C:\Articulate).
• Avoid using special characters, accents orsymbols in your file names.
• Try to import that file into a new Storyline project
• When trying to publish, do you see the message that it's trying to publish - sometimes you'll be able to notice which slide it stops/hangs on and be able to remove and troubleshoot that slide
• You mentioned it's only this file, but it wouldn't hurt to conduct the repair.
