I was most excited about the look of the new player. I just published a review of a course I have been working on. When I get to the D & D interaction, it functions fine with the exception of the dragged item falling behind the drop area - you can't see the picture again until the interaction is submitted.
I followed up by publishing for test in my LMS, to rule out "Review" as the culprit (since the interaction still looks fine in preview in Storyline itself), but it is the same in the published SCORM course.
Update, even when I republish with classic player I am still having the same issue. I finally had to turn off the option to hold off on showing the results of each drag/drop and show them as they were dropped rather than on Submit.
Thanks for letting me know what you already tried, and I'm sorry your troubleshooting hasn't worked so far! I'd love to try and help from here.
Would you mind sharing a copy of your file with me? Even just the standalone drag and drop slide would be helpful. I'll take a look under the hood and let you know if I spot anything wonky going on.
Hi Alyssa, thanks for taking a look. Attached is the drag and drop that isn't working right. I am sure I had tested it in the review platform prior and it worked fine. After installing the most recent update, it just wasn't functioning as expected. It looks fine in preview mode but not in published mode. Attached is a screen shot of what I see when I leave the d & d options set to display only after the submit button is clicked.
Thanks for that Peek, Traci! Hmm, this one is a puzzle.
I can see that you were viewing the content in Articulate Review. Could you please send me that Articulate Review share link so I can test it in a few different browsers? Thanks!
Hmm, that could be the culprit. And what version of Windows are you running? I'm running Windows 10 64-bit. You can find out what version you're running by clicking here.

Hi Traci!
Really appreciate you sharing your file with me. I tested it in the latest update of Storyline 360, and everything appears to be working correctly.
Take a Peek at this quick 1-minute video to see my testing in action.
Could you double check that you're also using Storyline 360 update 3.16.15842.0?
Hi Alyssa, I am definitely on the same version. I recorded my own comparable peek (sorry hadn't used it before so it's a little clunky) https://360.articulate.com/review/content/ee2cca67-f15e-41e8-a00c-23a91f809192/review

Perfect, thanks Traci!
From your Peek, I could tell that you were viewing the Articulate Review link in Internet Explorer.
When I viewed the Articulate Review link in Internet Explorer on my own computer, I didn't see the drag items disappear. Here's a Peek of my testing.
Could you let me know the version of Internet Explorer you were using? Mine is Internet Explorer 11.112.17134.0.
I am actually on version 11.483.15063.0
