I'm afraid that's not a lot of information to go on. I haven't experienced any issues so far with moving objects on the slide, using the arrow keys.
Can you be a little more specific, please? Does this happen when you're moving single objects, multiple objects, grouped objects? What type of objects? How are you moving them (up, down, across, etc.)?
Or, if you can, please create a Screenr of what's happening.
