HI my next button is not appearing after finishing the slide, I have added trigger when media completes, this happen after new update today can anyone help me with this
Hi Irene thx for your response, yes it is same there are two triggers one keep it hidden when timeline starts and one changes state to normal when media completes. it was working all fine until I updated it to the latest version.
I'm really sorry you are having trouble with the "when media completes" trigger. We've got this logged as a bug in Storyline 360, and we're seeing that it only happens in Preview mode. If the content is published and tested in a LMS or web server, the trigger should work correctly.
We're heads down working on a fix, and I'll share an update here as soon as it's ready.
Thanks for sharing an update Hemant and glad you were able to work around the subsequent issue by using a blank slide. Another option is to simply move the audio about .25 seconds from the timeline start.
Hi, I tried doing that but it is not working(.25 sec), another issue I am facing is when I go to the previous slide and replaying it is not resetting the next button. Am I missing something?
I’m excited to let you know that we just released another update for Articulate 360, and you can check out the new features and fixes in the release notes!
One of the fixes addresses an issue in Storyline 360 where the 'when-the-media-completes' trigger did not work in Preview.
Here’s how you can update Storyline 360 to take advantage of everything the latest release has to offer. Let us know how you make out!
Thanks for your patience as we worked on a fix for the issue where audio tracks that should've played at the beginning of slides didn't always work in HTML5 output. That fix is in today's update of Articulate 360!
Take a look at the release notes here, and you can install the latest update from the Articulate 360 desktop tray application by clicking Update.

Is your next button hidden or disabled?
If it is, you might want to try this trigger:
Change state of (Next Button) to (Normal) when Media (type of media/or name) completes.

Slide properties image is attached.
Would you be able to share the .story file so that I could take a look? Just let me know what slide to focus on.
Great news, Hemant!
