I am trying to convert storyline files (created by a different user) to storyline 3. When I try to preview the files, the Next and Previous buttons associated with the player triggers disappear. There is no way to advance the slides.
I cannot find any threads related to this issue. Can you please help?
To make sure I am on the same page, are the navigation controls turned off, or are specific triggers not working?

The navigation controls are “on,” if I’m doing it correctly. I have gone both to the slide properties and the player properties to ensure they are set properly. The interesting thing is that when I preview for a desktop, there are no controls. When previewing for a mobile device, the swiping arrows appear and work fine. Here are some screen shots:
No worries! You can try to break out a few slides for us to take a look, or you can try uploading your file privately with our support team to test. It should upload successfully to the link below.
