I've created a simple module from scratch and uploaded it to our LMS. When next is clicked on one of the slides the mouse icon changes to a loading spinner and the whole module freezes up. I've checked the slide navigation controls in both the slide and player properties.
If anybody has any ideas what could be causing this it would be much appreciated!
What browsers have you tested the course in? Here's a list of supported browsers for Storyline 2 and Storyline 360. Also have you done any testing in SCORM Cloud yet? If so, are you getting the same results? We generally compare the behavior in SCORM Cloud to your LMS experience to try to parse out file issues versus LMS issues. We are happy to help you with that testing if you'd like to share your file!
I published your file for LMS and tested it in SCORM Cloud, and I didn't notice any slide freezing up. Here's a link to the course for you to test, as well. If the course is working properly in SCORM Cloud but not in your LMS, the issue is likely related to your LMS and you'll want to contact their support team.
It looks like there may be something corrupt with the video on the layer on slide 1.3. If you remove that video, the next button will not get stuck on slide 1.2. If you still have access to the original video, can you try deleting the video and re-inserting it into the file? Let me know if that helps any.

Hi Alyssa,
I've tested it in Chrome and Firefox. I've not tested it in SCORM cloud but I've uploaded the file. Any ideas/thoughts are much appreciated! Thanks
Thanks for sharing your file with me, Anthony! I'm taking a peek into it now, and I'll come back when I have more information!

Thanks for that Alyssa, apologies I've just noticed I uploaded the wrong course! This is the right one
No worries! :)
