Next Button State Change Conditions

Dec 27, 2018

I've built a course that requires the user to click on 4 different buttons before the "next" button is enabled.  I've set up conditions using true/false variables for all 4 buttons, however the next button is changing from "disabled" to "normal" after only 2 of the variables are met.  Any suggestions?  I've tried adjusting the order of the conditions as well as using "state changes" for the buttons rather than true/false variables but am getting the same result each time.  I'm using Storyline 2.

Thanks!

Hi Lexie,

It's difficult to say where things are tripping you up without seeing the .story file in question. Often it's something straightforward such as trigger order, or the conditions on the trigger, so I'd love to take a look. Can you share your project here with us?

Upload using the Add Attachment button and we'll take a look!

Hello, I also have three buttons different buttons that I need the user to click on before advancing to the next slide. Once I have click on the 3rd button, my next slide does not advance. I've set up conditions using true/false variables for all 3 buttons. I an not following the advice from Mr. Servan. I am using Storyline 360.
