Next button won't work

Of course something goes wrong when you need it tomorrow.

I published a project and the next button won't work. Help.

I have already reloaded storyline 2 and it still won't work. I have also tried reopening a new story and it still won't work.

can you upload the .story file and let us know which slide you are having an issue with.

If you are using the default player/menu - do you have 'restricted' navigation set on your menu? If so, the next button won't be available until the timeline ends on the slide.

The button works from slide 1 to 2 but not from slide 2 to 3 and onward.

if you are replying via email, the attach file option doesn't work. You'll need to come into the forum and use the grey 'ADD ATTACHMENT' button in the bottom of the post to upload the file.
