"You can also create your own keyboard shortcuts by adding features that you use frequently to the Quick Access Toolbar. To do so, right- click the button for any Storyline feature, and select Add to Quick Access Toolbar.
"Then, to launch any of the buttons on the Quick Access Toolbar via a keyboard shortcut, press and hold the ALT key on your keyboard and then press the number key that matches the button you want to launch. For example, the first button on the Quick Access Toolbar is "1", the second button is "2", etc."
That's the closest you can get. You can't add specific alignments to the Quick Access (left align, right align, etc.) but you can add the Alignment list, and the shortcut will display the list that you then have to click on, which isn't really any easier than just using your mouse to select it from the Quick Access.
You cannot align via the context menu, and keyboard shortcuts will not work for align.
There is is an argument for making storyline less clicky, I just don't think the context menu is the right place. Too much sf the UI is hidden in the context menu, I would prefer a comprehensive shortcut key system and more intuitive controls. For v1.x they have done a great job now is the time to refine the experience.
It looks like Phil and Sandra have taken care of you here, but if you need anything else please let us know. If you'd like to see more controls such as Phil mentioned, you're welcome to share your thoughts in the form of a feature request.
