No option to convert mp4 to flash video

I have seen in the how to e-mail sent on 8 April how you demonstrate that a *.mp4 video file can be imported as a flash object. When i try to do it i do not get the same choice to import video. I only have a choice to import *.swf files and not *.mp4 and *.flv files as demonstrated in the training video.

Is that the tutorial you're referring to? If so, are you using Storyline or Quizmaker?
If that's not the tutorial you're talking about, can you share a link? Maybe I'm just missing it :)
