1) I have 7 courses to republish to HTML only instead of "HTML w/Flash Fallback" in SCORM 1.2
2) In all cases, the narration was silent. Please see attachment. We figured out I can change the sound file compression from automatic to none to get the sound to play again on 4 of the courses, however...
3) For three of the courses, the mp3 sound files are greyed out in the compression field from me changing the drop-down, thus meaning the courses are still silent when published in HTML only.

The solution for Uncompressed Audio if the compression setting is unavailable is to convert your audio to MP3, then import it back into your project.
You mention that these are MP3 files though.
With your permission, I'd like you to share your project file with our support engineers to investigate what's happening. You can share it privately by uploading it here. It will be deleted when troubleshooting is complete.
