No sound in Opera Browser and no learning video at all in IE11 for Windows7

Everything works fine on my Desktop PC (Windows 8.1), when I open the learn videos from my ILIAS learning platform.

BUT, my big presentation screen in my seminar room has Windows 7. Now, in IE11, the scorm-videos are opened in a new tab, as usual, but the screen stays blank.
As I couldn't solve the problem, I downloaded Opera. Everything fine so far, the scorm-videos appear in the new tab, BUT, no sound... I have some learning videos made with another software. No problem with sound at all.

Can someone help me????  Thank you.

Thank you for your reply. Honestly, I don't know if I use HTML5 or Flash, as I publish in all formats and make a zip-file to upload it in my ILIAS system.

I didn't test it in the SCORM Cloud. I understand I still have a lot of work to do...

Finally I downloaded Chrome and here everything was fine, apart that the learning video is really small and there is no possibility to show it bigger.

Hello Andrea,

When you publish, you would need to select the checkbox fro HTML5 if you wanted to add this option in. If you are testing this option, it may not work as expected with Internet Explorer. Glad you got this to work in Chrome. I would suggest testing in the SCORM Cloud to see how they are supposed to play. It may also be a security setting in the browsers that is causing the issues.
